To build on your healing process and improve your lifestyle, I can help with planning weekly plant-based meals that are just as filling as they are delicious. It will be personalised so I will include foods that you enjoy to eat and help you to prepare a whole week of meals in advance. You’re going to love this. It is the busy bee's best friend!


Cancellation Policy

Once you have bought the one week plantbased menu plan, you will receive an email with a questionnaire regarding your favourite foods to include. Please note, after receiving your questionnaire filled out I will start on your plan and within a week you will receive your one week plan.
